Job for Working Holiday

Are you looking for work whilst on a Working Holiday visa?

At Oshikoku Guest House we are proud to offer our services to assist job seekers to get in contact with local businesses.
Most jobs are based around farming and produce, and we will try our best to find something suitable for you. We do request that you come prepared to work for at least 3 months, and take responsibility for your own actions whilst under employment. A laid back attitude, not taking work seriously and not respecting the wishes of the employer will not only reflect badly on you, but on Oshikoku Guest house too, and we may not be able to continue this service if problems arise.

The manager at Oshikoku Guest House has experienced living a foreign country without speaking the language, and knows the difficulties of trying to find work. If you are willing to work hard, even if you don't speak much Japanese, we will do our best to help you.

Conditions of Employment
Basic wages will most likely start at 700yen/hr, but may be higher based on your skills.

Days off: will depend on the job.

For example:
If you prefer a relaxed working atmosphere, we could try and find somewhere that permits you to work 4 days per week, and pays enough that you can afford accommodation, food and a little spending money on the side.

If you want to work hard, we could help find somewhere that can employ you for 6 or 7 days per week.

If you are interested in making more money, we could help find 2 jobs for you. There are a number of different ways to earn money.

*situations and conditions will differ by area, so we cannot guarantee that we will find you work. However, if you are serious about the desire to work, the manager at Oshikoku Guest House will do his best to assist with your search.
